Help create a welcoming guest experience through Asian-inspired desserts, thoughtful service and teamwork. Choose Vienna, Chantilly or interest in our upcoming Annandale location below.

What you’ll do

  • Welcome guests and help them find their next favorite.
  • Cook taiyaki, swirl soft serve, add toppings and pack orders with care.
  • Restock supplies and keep your workspace clean and organized.
  • Help with jar desserts, halo halo and drink stations as needed.
  • Follow recipes, portion standards and food safety procedures.
  • Work with your team through busy shifts, with opportunities to cross-train in kitchen prep.

What you’ll bring

  • At least one year of food handling and customer service experience.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Reliable transportation to your selected location.
  • Availability for weekends, holidays and full scheduled closing shifts.

Food handler certification is preferred. Bakery or pastry experience is a plus. Local college students are encouraged to apply.

Physical requirements

The work involves standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds and handling equipment such as large mixers and immersion blenders. You’ll be on your feet in a busy kitchen and shop environment.
