What You’ll Do: As a FOH team member, you will:
Greet and interact with customers, making them feel welcome and appreciated.
Serve beautifully crafted ice cream and Taiyakis with pride and precision.
Assist with packing orders and ensuring every product meets our high standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations, even during busy shifts.
Cross-train in Back of House Kitchen Prep if desired, gaining valuable skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Master the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation standards.
Serve and prepare ice cream creations, including:
Filling Taiyaki cones.
Swirling soft serve into cups.
Adding toppings and packaging orders.
Ensure quality control—only the best products go to our guests.
Restock toppings, utensils, and other supplies throughout your shift.
Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to all sanitation guidelines.
Assist with assembling jar desserts, Halo Halo, and drink stations as needed.
Handle ice cream equipment with care and report any issues promptly.
Deliver outstanding guest service to every customer.

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of food handling and customer service experience required.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Part-time: 15-35 hours per week. Full-time: 35+ hours per week.
Reliable transportation to Vienna, Tysons, or Chantilly, VA locations.
Food handler’s certificate (preferred).
Bakery/Pastry experience (a plus).
Physical Requirements:
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Capability to handle heavy kitchen machinery like 30 qt mixers and large immersion blenders.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and remain on your feet for extended periods.
